Certified occupational therapy assistant experienced with infant to school-aged children development. She utilizes her training in handwriting, sensory integration and group therapies to help children succeed at home and school. Her passion for helping children grow and learn through therapeutic play is evident in her practice.
Occupational Therapist with over 12 years of experience in adult and pediatric populations in outpatient, inpatient and private practice settings. She has pediatric specific training in neurodevelopmental treatment, sensory integration, Handwriting Without Tears, Interactive Metronome and hippotherapy. She finds it joyful and rewarding to help children and their parents overcome challenges, develop new skills and meet their goals.
Board Certified Applied Behavior Analyst with over 12 years experience providing families and children behavior modification and certification to help them to reach their full potential. She has extensive experience working with children with ADHD, anxiety, ASD, and developmental delays. Her approach focuses on seeing real growth with positive behaviors, including social and emotional development.
Founded Tampa Kids Therapy in order to foster growth among children using partnerships between the child, caregivers, teachers and therapists. With over 13 years experience in pediatrics, her knowledge ranges from neurodevelopmental training, handwriting, ADOS training, therapeutic listening, and sensory processing techniques. She is passionate about working to help kids and families through her practice!
Katie is a board certified occupational therapist who has a passion for helping children grow through play based activities. Katie is skilled in sensory integration, reflex integration, handwriting, social skills, Zones of Regulation, Incredible Flexible you, and fine and visual motor training. Katie embraces the opportunity to help children succeed through an individualized-therapeutic approach.
Certified occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience working in pediatrics. She has in depth knowledge in developmental therapy, sensory integration, social skills training, oral motor and feeding therapy, vision therapy, therapeutic listening, cognitive/executive functioning and Handwriting without Tears. She is enthusiastic in using her knowledge and experience to educate caregivers and facilitate growth with her clients.
Danielle is a board-certified occupational therapist with a passion for the pediatric population. Experienced with Handwriting without Tears, Zones of Regulation, Alert Program, Incredible Flexible You, Interactive Metronome, and the Astronaut Program. Danielle focuses on the child's strengths while challenging them to reach their goals. She appreciates the opportunity to contribute to each child’s growth and success at such a vital time of life.
Ashlee is a Pennsylvania State University graduate and a board- certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who before becoming a COTA, was a nanny for 10 years. She is experienced with infants through school aged children and their development. She believes the best way to help a child grow is through meaningful connections. She is grateful her career as a COTA allows her to be a stepping stone in the success of a child's life.
